Effective immediately, the new agreement calls for Moonblink to distribute Dotworkz-brand surveillance camera housings, NVRs and related supplies, including the Dotworkz D2 enclosure.
"Moonblink is a trusted partner to VARs, service providers, government, education and enterprise customers, supplying them with the technology they need to deploy and maintain state-of-the-art wireless systems," said Will Ferris, president of Dotworkz. "This agreement will significantly improve the availability of our products to these important markets as they continue to fully embrace wireless networking."
"IP networked video surveillance is now one of the fastest growing areas for broadband wireless, thanks to its proven reliability and cost-effectiveness when compared to either wired Ethernet or conventional coaxial cable," said Darrell Alfaro, CEO of Moonblink Communications. "Dotworkz has been on the forefront of the IP revolution for more than a decade, and brings to our customers new innovations to make wireless IP a reality."
Dotworkz wireless equipment is designed to work with point-to-point or point-to-multipoint systems, transmitting high-resolution, real-time video from IP network cameras directly to base station units or any existing AP or access point. The equipment is widely used by municipalities to assist law enforcement.
